LETS RIDE!

Last Saturday and Sunday Alano (duke of ulloa), Kahoe (only on saturday), reegsta (prince of the vale) and myself (king of the sunset) went bike riding though the Sunset and Golden Gate park.  This was the first time in awhile that reegsta and myself took a ride like this (no homo).  But reegsta was prepared and I wasn't.  Everyone but myself had the padded shorts that you wear under your pants/shorts that protect your ass and your other assets from getting bruised and sore.  And since i didn't have those padded shorts my ass hurt.  But I still looked like an official rider!  LOL!  Everyone had Mountain Bikes except Kahoe who had an ill ass rode bike.  It rides hella smooth.  We started down Ulloa to the Great Hwy.  We rode down Great Hwy to Beach Chalet and took a quick rest.  I know that place wasn't that far from the house but still my ass was hurting and reegsta had to fix his seat.  From Beach Chalet we rode to a surf shop that wasn't to far away.  Next we rode up our first incline, Fulton street.  Remember this was the first time riding in awhile but I think I handled that little incline pretty well.  From there we went through Golden Gate Park to 19Th ave then back down to 41st so we could hit Sunset Blvd.  It was time for lunch so we rode to this Boston style pizza joint on Noriega.  Pizza before riding again was a big mistake.  That ride back home which wasn't really that far felt like forever for me because I was so full.  Well anyways Here are a few pics from the Ride.

On Sunday we did a simple ride from THE CASTLE (3920 ulloa) to Lake Merced and around it once then to the market to buy some grub to cook.  Reegsta made fried oysters and I made Nilaga (flip stew)
